Refunds, Replacements & Order Issues
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are considered final.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will resolve any issues fairly.
1. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet reasonable quality expectations:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Please email info@mercury-flowers.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- A clear photo of the product
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
2. Resolution Options
Once the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the product
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (at our discretion)
The resolution depends on the nature and severity of the issue.
3. No Returns Required
Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we do not require physical returns.
Do not discard the product until your claim is reviewed.
4. Order Changes
- Changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order
- Requests after this time are not guaranteed
- A $10 administrative fee may apply for late changes
During peak holidays, changes may not be possible.
5. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are subject to a minimum $25 fee
- Orders that are already prepared or out for delivery cannot be cancelled
All orders placed during peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) are final and non-refundable
6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
- Recipient not being available at the delivery location
- Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
